We are currently taking expressions of interest for the spring intake of Teaching in Focus. This professional learning program runs over one university semester and provides participants an opportunity to focus on their teaching in a supported and fun environment. The program is structured as follows:
Pre-semester (Day 1 & 2): We discuss core topics such as active learning, constructive alignment and enhancing your Moodle site.
During semester: You have the chance to work on one aspect of your teaching in order to ultimately to enhance student learning.
Post-semester (Day 3): This is designed as a reflective, collaborative experience to discuss your progress this semester, reflect on your teaching goals and share your experiences with colleagues.
For those who are interested, after completing the Teaching in Focus program you will have the building blocks that support CPD (L&T) Portfolio accreditation.
Workshop Day 1: Tuesday 18th July (9am – 3:30pm)
